Agricultural Barn

Old Sodbury

Situated in a rural community and located within the Green Belt, a former working farm was bought by a new owner who wanted to re-establish farming on the land.

Paul Davis was commissioned to design a new Agricultural Barn to house a mixture of farming machinery and livestock.

The barn footprint covers an area of 500 square metres and was constructed using a steel frame with corrogated roof, roof lights and timber boarding with low level concrete blockwork to form the perimeter walls and gable ends.

Perfecto Coffee Supplies

Bristol

Gloucester Road, Bristol is a thriving community of many Independent Traders and this client wanted to provide a new offering to the area - a Baristo Coffee Machine Showroom and Sales Space with on-site maintenance facilities and coffee supplies.

Paul Davis was commissioned to provide a solution to include Ground Floor Retail Space, Exterior Signage and a full Interior Design Scheme plus Basement Facilities including a maintenance workshop and seating area. In addition to the new shopfront, an external seating area and perimeter balustrade incorporating "ram-raid" protection of the large shop window was also designed.

Bristol Law Centre

Bristol

Bristol Law Centre was located within a dated office building in Stokes Croft.

After finding a new three-storey building within the Old Market area of Bristol, Paul Davis was asked to provide a design solution to transform the space to suit their day-to-day operational needs.

The refurbishment of the building provided a new shopfront, reception and waiting room, individual meeting rooms, disabled WC facilities, new staff WC facilities (including a shower for use by cycling staff), meeting room, kitchen, IT Suite and open-plan main office facilities.
